Collins, CO 80522 12/4/97 To Whom it may Concern I have received the notice regarding the changing from Boston Chicken to Safeway Credit Union. I feel Lemay is already over populated with cars and is very difficult to enter off and on the street to places doing business on that street. People wanting to do business get discouraged by the difficulty they have getting to the front door of an establishment. The addition of a high traffic business is definitely not my idea of what is needed on Lemay with all the congestion it has now. I was there two weeks ago and saw three different instances when the ambulance was tied up in traffic, trying to get through and there were so many cars they had no place to go to get out of the way.
