ITEM: McGraw Subdivision Neighborhood Meeting ■ L� s e O'p 07 r I I v m irw� s Corar C am <on I� l O o I� I� 6 North N Comm ity Planning and Environmenta_ Jervices Planning Department City of Fort Collins October 7, 1993 Dear Resident: On Thursday, October 14, 1993, from 7:00 - 9:00 p.m., at McGraw Elementary School, 4800 Hinsdale Drive*, the City of Fort Collins Planning Department will hold a neighborhood information meeting to discuss a development proposal in your neighborhood. The project is tentatively referred to as the McGraw Subdivision. As proposed, the project would consist of 105 single family lots on 30 acres. The area is south of Harmony Road, east of Front Range Community College, and west of Hinsdale Drive. Also, as proposed, there would be 11 lots that front on Crest Road. Both the Planning and Zoning Board and the City Planning Staff consider your input on this matter to be an important element in the City's review of the proposal. If you are unable to attend this meeting, written comments are welcome. The list of affected property owners for this public information meeting is derived from official records of the Larimer County Assessor. Because of the lag time between home occupancy and record keeping, or because of rental situations, a few affected property owners may have been missed. Please feel free to notify your neighbor of this pending meeting so all neighbors may have the opportunity to attend.
