."We're looking to hire local
sub -contractors and local staff
as much as possible," Stenberg
said. 'But ... everyone is
busy. It's the same way in the
Denver area too."
Gary Berger, co-owner of
Woodcraft Homes in Fort Col-
lins, said he hopes U.S. Home
can bring new sub -contractors
into the market.
"Competition is good — usu-
