Dear Ted,
The following are responses to staff comments of December 22, 1993,
regarding Coventry Subdivision Preliminary. The response numbers
correspond to those of staff comments. Those not noted will be
addressed by the project engineer.
We will revise easement widths.
2. The Landscape Plan has been revised to refect the Preliminary
Plat.
3. Park Lane is now Stoddard Drive.
4. All Open Space Tracts will also be easements.

O The ALTA survey by CDS shows a 25' telephone esmt.
adjacent to the 30' Harmony Rd. ROW. That has now been
absorbed into the 60' ROW as shown on our Site Plan. Please
advise if this is not correct.
15. Any houses in excess of this distance will be served by fire
sprinklers.
17. D. Access has been shown.
22. We will coordinate with Natural Resources for wetland habitat
enhancement.
23. We have provided a preliminary fence design.
24. Bike trail will connect to McGraw Circle, rather than Front
Range College property.
