Box 580 Fort Collins, CO 80522 Dear Mr. Shepard: Per our discussions concerning the naming of a new street to be constructed near the college, I've attached a brief biography of Jack Stoddard. According to everyone I've talked to at the institution and at the state level, Jack played a significant role in the growth and development of the Larimer County Voc-Tech Center. He is truly worthy, by all accounts, of having the new street named after him. Please let me know if we can be a part of any ceremonial activities that might go with this event. Please call me if you need any further information. Sincerely, Eric E.
