Attached are the site and landscape plans you recently submitted. There are a
few differences between the two plans that should be addressed, as well as the
pedestrian connection to the east (shown on the redlined plans) and some
additional landscaping.
It is my understanding that our Engineering Department and Stormwater Utility
are waiting on materials from the Stewart and Associates. Once those materials
are submitted and reviewed, it is anticipated that the development agreement will
be drafted and the mylars signed. At this time, however, it is difficult to say how
longer to process may take without the materials requested by City staff.
