We the homeowners of Brookwood Subdiuision appreciate the planning
and results of your hard work concerning the Couentry Subdiuision.
The final plans are acceptable to us with one request:
The center line of the new proposed Crest road should stay at the
center of the present easement. This will allow an equal and fair sharing of
the easement for future planning and treatment of the east side of the road.
If the islands on the west side of the road in Couentry, end up being reduced
from 40 feet to 36 feet to allow for a 28 foot Crest road on the present
easement center, so be it. That will saue a bit on island construction.
The deletion of curb, gutter, and sidewalk on the east side of the road is
fine.
