RE: Rocky Mountain Battery and Recyling P.U.D.
Dear Dean and Debbie:
On Monday, December 12, 1994, at the regular meeting of the City of
Fort Collins Planning and Zoning Board, the Board voted 6 - 0 to
approve a two-year extension of Rocky Mountain Battery and
Recycling P.U.D., #51-89A, subject to the following conditions:
1. A State Highway Access Permit will be required. An
application may be made to the City of Fort Collins
Engineering Department.
2. An Erosion Control Plan and Erosion Control Bond will be
required to be submitted to the Stormwater Utility.
The purpose of the two new conditions is bring the P.U.D. in
conformance with current development requirements that were not in
effect at the time the P.U.D. was originally approved. These new
requirements will be tied to the issuance of a building permit. If
you have any questions regarding these two conditions, please feel
free to call our office at 221-6750.
Sincerely:
