Attached are five prints of the Horsetooth East Business Park PUD Plans, revised in
response to Staff Comments. Specific responses include:
9. The building and parking configuration has been modified to increase the
setback from Timberline Road.
10. The building does meet the 150' fire access from Big Horn. Hydrants are in
place and/or being provided as required.
12. This property is not currently irrigated. The irrigation line indicated on the
southerly portion of the site serves other property to the east.
Ten sets of prints, reductions, and color renderings will be submitted by October 17th.
