Dear Resident:
The Planning and Zoning Board of the City of Fort Collins,
Colorado, on Monday, October 24 1994*, at 6:30 p.m. in the Council
Chambers**, City Hall West, 300 LaPorte Avenue, will hold a public
hearing on a proposed project in your neighborhood. The proposed
project is commonly known as Waterglen PUD - Final, #71-93B.
The applicant is requesting final approval for a mixed use
development to include 41,480 s.f. of commercial/mini storage and
577 single and multi -family residences on 166.8 acres located on
the north side of Vine Drive, west of I-25 and zoned il, Limited
Industrial.
Both the Planning and Zoning Board and the City Planning Staff
consider your input on this matter, as well as your neighbor's
input, an extremely important element in the City's review of this
proposal. If you are unable to attend the public hearing, written
comments are welcome.
This letter has been sent as a courtesy to all property owners of
record within 500 feet of the area based on current County
Assessor's records. If you should have questions or require
