Sherwood-NCM Review /0 NUMBER: 73-93 CommL _ _ f Planning and Environmental :rvices Planning Department City of Fort Collins November 12, 1993 Dear Property Owner: On Tuesday, November 23, 1993, at 1:30 P.M. in the Planning Department Conference Room, 281 North College Avenue*, the Director of Planning will hold an Administrative Review Hearing to consider a site plan in the NCM, Neighborhood Conservation Medium Density Zone in your neighborhood. This request is known as 329 S. Sherwood Site Plan, Case #73-93 and is located at 329 S. Sherwood. This request is for creating a triplex in the existing vacant building (formerly Drive-in Cleaners). There are no additions planned to the existing building. This administrative review request is being processed and reviewed in accordance with Section 29-168 of the City Code, as an NCM Site Plan. The list of property owners being notified for this hearing was derived from current records of the Larimer County Assessor's Office. Due to the lag time in recording property sales, or due to rental situations, all interested parties may not have received this notice.
