Dear Mr. Gustafson,
City Staff has reviewed your submittal for Total Petroleum West
Prospect Non -conforming Use Expansion and offers the following
written comments:
1. Any relocation of existing telephone facilities required by
these plans will be paid for by the developer.
2. Planning Staff would like to schedule a meeting with you to
discuss the possibility of additional landscaping along
Prospect Road and Tamasag Drive, as well as interior
landscaping.
3. Please call out existing landscaping, ie street trees,
ornamental trees, evergreens, shrubbery, blue grass, gravel,
etc. on the site plan. You can then identify the plan as a
Site and Landscape Plan.
4. Please call out the surrounding land uses and zoning on the
site plan.
5. Include the wording "Non -conforming Use Expansion" in the
title.
This concludes staff comments at this time. In order to stay on
schedule for the January 24, 1994 Planning and Zoning Board
hearing, please note the following deadlines:
Flan revisions are due January 4th, (i set of plans and
written documentation responding to the above concerns).
PMT1s (one of the site plan and one of the architectural
elevations sheet), colored renderings, and.8 prints are due
January 17th.
Final mylars and other documents are due as soon as possible
after the hearing.
