Please provide a detail of the transition into Spring Creek for the three proposed pipe
outlets. The detail should include the distance between the outside diameters of each pipe.
Please show the bank of Spring Creek and how it will be repaired after the installation of
the,storm sewer.
The existing 8" sanitary sewer is in close proximity to the proposed storm sewer. Please
show a profile of this 8" line with concrete encasing 10' on each side.
Please provide documentation behind the water surface.elevation of Spring greek of 65'. Is
this the WSL at the peak discharge of Spring Creek ? The calculations by Ayres used the
discharge of Spring Creek at the time of peak discharge from Indian Hills Village. Please
show the HGL that was calculated by Ayres.

In response to your request, we surveyed the elevations of existing home foundations on lots
33, 35, and 37 of Indian Hills Village PUD, Replat A on November 7, 1996. The following table
