Box 580 Fort Collins, Colorado 80522 Re: Indian Hills Village PUD Amended Plat Dear Steve: Enclosed are 5 copies of the site plan, 1 copy of the plat, 4 sets of revised Utility Plans to meet resubmittal requirements, and 2 copies of Addendum 1 to the Final Storm Drainage and Erosion Control Report, Indian Hills Village PUD. The following is comments in regards to your April 10, 1995, letter in the order of your comments: We are working with U.S. West to address their concerns. 2. We have chosen the option to serve lots 41-43 from the abandoned portion of Daemian Drive. The easement along Indian Hills Circle at lot 43 has been eliminated. 3. The building set backs have been clarified on the site plan. 4. A note has been added to the Landscape Plan. 5. This comment is so noted. 6a. This comment is so noted. 6b. The easement between lots 41-43 and 40 has been labeled on the plat. 6c. Daemian Drive will be vacated by separate document and the reception number will be shown on the plat. 6d.
