City of Fort Collins February 7, 1994 Dear Resident: The Planning and Zoning Board of the City of Fort Collins, Colorado, on Monday, February 28, 1994, at 6:30 p.m. in the Council Chambers**, City Hall West, 300 LaPorte Avenue, will hold a public hearing on a proposed project in your neighborhood. The proposed project is commonly known as Boston Chicken - Preliminary, #79-93. The applicant is requesting two fast-food restaurant pad sites for 6,000 s.f. of retail space on 2.02 acres located on the east side of Lemay Avenue, south of Riverside Drive and north of Elizabeth Street. The site is zoned, BP, Planned Business. This letter has been sent as a courtesy to all property owners of record within 500 feet of the area based on current County Assessor's records. Due to notice being a month in advance, please contact our office prior to the hearing for status of the project.
