Dear Resident,
On Thursday, December 2, at 7:00 p.m., at Saint Lukes Episcopal
Church, (2000 Stover Street)*, staff of the Planning Department
will hold a neighborhood information meeting to discuss a
development proposal in your neighborhood. The applicant will be
in attendance to answer questions you might have.
The proposal is for the Indian Hills West Phase II Planned Unit
Development (PUD), for approximately 52 zero lot line, single
family lots on 6.25 acres. Access to the site would be from Stuart
Street. The property is located south of Stuart Street, east of
Busch Court, and west of Stover Street.
The property is in the rp, Planned Residential, Zoning District.
There is a Planned Unit Development (PUD) condition on the zoning,
therefore, the project will be reviewed as a PUD using guidelines
and criteria of the Land Development Guidance System (LDGS).
The list of affected property owners being notified for this
neighborhood meeting is derived from official records at the
Larimer County Assessor's Office. Because of the lag time between
property sales and record keeping, or because of rental situations,
a few affected property owners and residences may have been missed.
Please feel free to notify your neighbors of this pending meeting
so that all neighbors may have the opportunity to attend.
