It will, of course, be impossible to underground these later. 3) Vacation of ten foot strip a) How quickly can this be done? We don't want to bother with this if it is likely it will slow down our development. b) Does this ten foot strip represent a "vacated right of way"? That is, is it presently owned by the City? If so, who does the vacated property go back to? Us or the adjacent owners to the east? 4) In the alternative, City would continue ownership of the property and we could enter a maintenance agreement with the City, although I think this alternative would be less desirable. 5) In your opinion, should we aggressively pursue these or forget the issue because of the anticipated hassles and delays it may cause? cc: Jim Leach
