Dear Resident:
September 19, 2007
On Wednesday, October 3, 2007, at 5:00 p.m., in conference room A of 281
North College Avenue, Fort Collins, Colorado, the City of Fort Collins Current
Planning Director will conduct an administrative hearing to consider a
development proposal in your neighborhood. The project is referred to as
Willowbrook Third Filing, #8-99J.
This is a residential development project proposed by Village Homes as a
continuation of Observatory Village. As proposed, the project consists of 53
single family detached homes on 6.78 acres.
The site is bounded by Rock Creek Drive on the north, Cinquefoil Lane on the
east, Galileo Drive on the south and Star Dust Lane on the west. (Please see
Map on reverse.)
The parcel is zoned L-M-N, Low Density Mixed -Use Neighborhood which is
consistent with the balance of Observatory Village.
A central green is provided. All homes would be served by alleys.
The City Current Planning Staff and Director consider your interest and input in
this matter, as well as your neighbor's input, an important part of the City's review
of this proposal. If you are unable to attend, written comments are welcome.
The list of affected property owners for this public meeting is derived from official
records of the Larimer County Assessor. Because of the lag time between
occupancy and record keeping, or because of rental situations, a few affected
property owners may have been missed. Please feel free to notify your neighbor
of this pending meeting so all neighbors may have the opportunity to attend.
Sincerely:
T,Z/ '
Ted Shepard, AICP
Chief Planner
