Stuart Street Is changed (changes are underlined) to read as follows: 'Pearl Street Nineteenth agrees that, at its cost, an administrative change or minor PUD amendment or new PLIQ UX„0gt morn than two houses will be accomplished for such purpose: that the house or houses shall have driveway access from the internal driveway; that the house or houses shall be included in Indian Hills Village Homeowners Association and therefore be subject to all rules, regulations, monthly dues and assessments (which shall commence at the sale of last Indian Hills lot or conversion of the property to its final residential uses whichever occurs first at Seller's optlen)." Furthermore, Wonderland agrees to provide Its written consent to the City with regard -F to the open space trade and this 801 E. Stuart PUD as the City may require.
