The proposed projects are commonly known as Indian Hills village PUD, Phase 2 - Preliminary and Final, #81-93B, and Indian .Hills Village PUD - Amended Final, #81-93C. on Phase 2, the applicant is requesting two single family detached houses (one existing, one new) on 2 lots totalling 9,326 s.f. (0.22 acre) located.at 601 E. Stuart and zoned rp, Planned Residential. The Amended final consists of a request to replat Lots 35-43 and Tract B, located on the south side of E. Stuart Street between Stover Street and Busch Court, and zoned rp, Planned Residential. Both the Planning and Zoning Board and the City Planning Staff consider your input on this matter, as well as your neighbor's input, an extremely important element in the City's review of this proposal. If you are unable to attend the public hearing, written comments are welcome. This letter has been sent as a courtesy to all property owners of record within 500 feet of the area based on current County Assessor's records.
