Dear Ms. Whetston:
The Indian Hills West Townhouse Association held
their monthly Board meeting on April 20, 1994. At
this meeting the Board reviewed and discussed the
plans for final approval for the Indian Hills Vil-
lage development.
The Board of directors would like to completely
eliminate the idea of a gazebo. The Board of
Directors for Indian Hills West would not like this
piece of property to be used as a congregating spot
for Indian Hills Village residents.
The Board would also like it noted on these plans
that it is the responsibility of the developer to
properly align the storm water sewer from Indian
Hills West to Indian Hills Village. This is in
relation to surface grading.
