PROJECT: Indian Hills Village, DTJ Project #93111.10
RE: Telecon On May 4, 1994
Dear Ms. Whetstone:
Pursuant to our conversation on the above date, the following is a summary of content & conclusions:
1. In lieu of separate symbols for each plant species, we may show one symbol for each
category of plant (i.e. "street planting"), and may incorporate a variety of species per
category.
2. Plant quantities should be shown for each species.
3. A minimum plant size may be shown for each category. You quoted the following
minimums per city guidelines:
• Standard Deciduous Trees: 2" minimum caliper
' Ornamental Trees: 1 1/2" - 1 3/4" caliper
• Evergreen Trees: 6' height
" Shrubs: 5 gallon or adequate size for design
Thank you for your time concerning these and other matters pertaining to this project.
Sincerely,
DOWN'IN, THORP & JAM SHORP & JAM S, II
