The proposed project is commonly known as Indian Hills Village PUD - Final, #81-93A. The applicant is requesting 35 single family homes and 12 attached homes on 6.2 acres located on East Stuart Street between Busch Court and Stover Streets, and zoned rp, Planned Residential. Both the Planning and Zoning Board and the City Planning Staff consider your input on this matter, as well as your neighbor's input, an extremely important element in the City's review of this proposal.
