LEGAL DESCRIPTION OF INDIAN HILLS VILLAGE P.U.D., PHASE TWO
A part of Tract "A", Indian Hills Village P.U.D. and a part of Indian Hills West P.U.D. City of
Fort Collins, County of Larimer, State of Colorado, which begins at a point on the East line of
said Indian Hills West P.U.D. which bears S 00' 0730" W 30.00 feet from the Northeast comer
of said Indian Hills West P.U.D. and run thence S 00' 0713011 W 74.79 feet; thence N 89' 52' 30"
W U 3.44 feet; thence along the arc of a 20.01 foot radius curve to the right a distance of 31.93
feet, the long chord of which bears N 44' 10' 10" W 28.65 feet; thence N 00' 04' 00" W 53.84
feet to a point on the South line of East Stuart Street; thence N 89' 56' 00" E 133.63 feet along
the said South lime to the point of beginning, containing 9,867 square feet, more or less.
