The proposed location is 2310 East Prospect Road. A location map of the project site is shown on the back of this letter. The project is referred to as Mountain Sage Community School - Site Plan Advisory Review and Project Development Plan. The site is zoned E, Employment District, and the project is subject to review by the Planning and Zoning Board when/if the project moves forward through the City review process. Representatives of the school will present sketch plans of the project and there will be an opportunity to ask questions and express concerns about (or support for) the project as proposed. If the project continues to move forward, you will have another opportunity to provide input at a Planning and Zoning Board public hearing and you will receive a similar notification via mail regarding the date, time and place of the hearing. Information on the City's development review process can be found online at: http://www.fcgov.com/developmentreview/citizenreview.php. The notification letter for this neighborhood meeting can be found at: http://www.fcqov.com/developmentreview/agendas.php The list of affected property owners for this neighborhood meeting is derived from official records of the Larimer County Assessor. Because of the lag time between home occupancy and record keeping, or because of rental situations, a few affected property owners may have been missed. Please feel free to notify your neighbors of this and future meetings so that all may have an opportunity to attend. Thank you for your time and participation in the City's planning process. Sincerely I-o-'262Q Jason Holland City Planner The City of Fort Collins will make reasonable accommodations for access to City services, programs, and activities and will make special communication arrangements for persons with disabilities.
