Fort Collins Current Planning Division will facilitate a neighborhood meeting to discuss the potential Church of Jesus Christ of Latter -Day Saints Temple, Project Development Plan. The proposed 15.7 acre site is located at the southeast corner of South Timberline Road and Trilby Road and is located in the Urban Estate zone district. While there is still not a formal application for a LDS Temple submitted to the City at this time, the applicant has informed us that this place of worship would be approximately 30,000 square feet in size and roughly 280 parking spaces. At the October 15`h meeting, the developers consulting team will present preliminary, site plans and there will be an opportunity to ask questions and engage in dialogue with the developer's team regarding the project. If the project continues to move forward, you will have another opportunity to provide input at a Planning and Zoning Board public hearing, at which time you will receive a similar notification via mail regarding the date, time and place of the public hearing. Information on the City's development review process can be found online at: http://www.fcgov.com/developmentreview/citizenreview.php . This letter and the preliminary site plan can also be found online at: http://www.fcgov.com/developmentreview/agendas.php If you are unable to attend the neighborhood meeting, but would like to provide input, written comments are welcome via U.S. mail to the address above or you may e-mail them to me at clevingston@fcgov.com. The list of affected property owners for this neighborhood meeting is derived from official records of the Larimer County Assessor. Because of the lag time between home occupancy and record keeping, or because of rental situations, a few affected property owners may have been missed. Please feel free to notify your neighbor of this meeting so all may have the opportunity to attend. Sincerely, Courtney Levingston, AICP, LEED AP City Planner
