to pay off debt. Camden now has $40 mil-
lion in debt on $200 million in real estate,
so $160 million in real estate is free and
clear and producing income. The compa-

Enclosed please find the final site plan layout to illustrate our nine building
luxury apartment complex located on Harmony Road just east of LeMay. The
project features mostly one and two bedroom units in low profile buildings of
residential appearance to meet the demand in the marketplace for quality
"interim" housing for new comers into the community and those folks awaiting
to live in permanent housing.
Due to the projects location, character, and tenant make-up, I doubt that
anyone will confuse the Stonebridge name from your single family project, nor
is this a simple matter for the developer. The overall concept has been for the
development of a Stonebridge complex in several communities including Ft.
Collins, Longmont, Golden, Colorado Springs, and Boulder. This project
identification is key to Mr. Loftus' financing program, as well as his identity
within the investment community.
I apologize for not having contacted you sooner, nor returned your phone calls.
My practice of architecture is limited to a very limited number of ongoing
private sector clients. This commitment requires my personal attention to their
schedule and project needs, thereby making it a necessity to prioritize all other
incoming calls and messages.
We appreciate your concern and input and Mr. Loftus will deliberate on the
possible name conflict prior to any actual rental-preleasing endeavor.
