Request for an addition to an existing four-plex at this address.
COMMENTS:
1. This property is in the NCM, Neighborhood Conservation Medium
Density Residential' Zoning District. Any addition to a
building must go through a Site Plan Review and public hearing
before the Director:of Planning (see attachments).
2. some electric service charges may apply if there is any rework
done to the existing electric line. Please contact Alan Rutz
of Light & Power for information on this requirement. Alan can

3. A building permit will be required for this addition and it
must meet the current building code. Sharon Getz of the
Building Departmenti!can answer questions you may have about

4. This property is in:,the Old Town Master Drainage Basin, which
currently has no basin fees associated with it. No drainage
analysis or drainage report will be necessary if there is less
than 350 square feet of additional impervious area (hard
surface) created with the new building.

This is a request for an addition to an existing residential four-plex at 1104 Laporte Avenue.
