The proposed project is commonly known as Segul NCM Site Plan Review - #85-93. The applicant is requesting a 15' x 18' living room addition, and associated wheel chair ramp, onto the north end of the existing apartment building located at 1104 LaPorte Avenue. Both the Planning and Zoning Board and the City Planning Staff consider your input on this matter, as well as your neighbor's input, an extremely important element in the City's review of this proposal. If you are unable to attend the public hearing, written comments are welcome. This letter has been sent as a courtesy to all property owners of record within 750 feet of the area based on current County Assessor's records. Due to notice being a month in advance, please contact our office prior to the hearing for status of the project.
