Board of the City of Fort Collins, Colorado, approved the NCM Site
Plan known as Sequ1 Handicap Addition which development was
submitted and processed in accordance with Section 29-168 of the
Code of the City of Fort Collins. The Site Plan of the subject
property are on file in the office of the Clerk of the City of Fort
Collins.
The subject property is more particularly described as follows:
West 68.6 feet of Lots 13 & 14, Block 2, together with the
east 10 feet of the vacated .alley adjacent to lot 14 and
adjacent to the southerly 26.00 feet of Lot 13, all in
Mountain View Addition to the City of Fort Collins, according
to the plat filed February 17, 1922, except that portion
included in deed recorded in Book 1496 at page 0865, County of
Larimer, State of Colorado.
