Please take notice that on February 1,1996, the Director of Planning of the City of
Fort Collins, Colorado approved the Minor Subdivision known as the ROCKBRIDGE
CONDOMINIUM RESIDENCES PUD, which development was submitted and processed in
accordance with Section 29-644 of the Code of the City of Fort Collins. The Subdivision Plat of
the subject property is on file in the office of the Clerk of the City of Fort Collins.
The subject property is more particularly described as follows:
Being a Replat of Rockbridge Apartment Complex PUD, Situate in the Southwest 1/4 of
Section 31, Township 7 North, Range 68 West of the Sixth P.M., City of Fort Collins,
County of Larimer, State of Colorado.
