build -out of the original Courtney Park complex. It is our intention to move
forward as fast as possible and our "consultant" team can be very responsive
to the review process. We pride ourselves in being able to provide a greater
amount of initial information and detail and thereby anticipate some of the more
normal planning issues.
We have enjoyed working on our past commercial projects in Ft. Collins and are
confident this endeavor will function well. Our initial development program is
to include garages for about two thirds of the units, to provide a luxury
clubhouse and management facility, and to make the dwelling units high quality
to become a truly "upscale" apartment community.
The information you provided at our meeting was most helpful and both Jim
Loftus and myself look forward to working with you on this exciting project.
