The enclosed package illustrates our proposed 168 unit garden multifamily
complex adjacent to Courtney Park. It is an upscale "for market" apartment
community of eight 2 and 3 story buildings developed around a clubhouse,
pool, and spa. The units will be similar to those in your complex with the only
major difference being garages available for about 50% of the units.
I am sorry you were not notified of the initial informational neighborhood
meeting. I will personally notify you of the next one which will be set prior to
the Planning Board Public Hearing. Thank you for your interest'in this project.
