The proposed project is commonly known as Stonebridge Garden Apartments PUD - Preliminary, #82-93. The applicants are requesting 168 multi -family apartment units on 10.12 acres located north of Harmony Road, east of Lemay Ave. and zoned Rp, Planned Residential.
