Box 2480 1900 AA Street Greeley, CO 80632 RE: STONEBRIDGE APARTMENT COMPLEX I wish to thank you and your neighborhood association for your cooperation with us to improve the design of the proposed multifamily development adjacent to your neighborhood. We understand your concerns about the traffic, the impact on the single family area and your desire to have our complex be visually pleasing. To that end, our final design will follow our approved preliminary technical site plan very closely. The areas with which you will be most affected are 1) the final grading to keep the buildings as low as the site drainage allows, 2) the inclusion of adequate berming around the site, 3) the landscaping, 4) site lighting, 5) tree type and placement, and 6) final project colors. We will meet with you when this package is finalized - perhaps at one of your monthly board meetings to not have to set up yet another meeting - to review with you our ongoing program. I mentioned to Jim Loftus your idea of using the Clubhouse for your board meetings and the pool use, for which he stated he will work with you to determine how it could be possible.
