C Commu y Planning and Environmental vices Current Planning City of Fort Collins August 23, 1995 Dear Resident: On Tuesday, August 29, 1995 at 1:30 p.m., in the Planning Department Conference Room*, 281 North College Avenue, Fort Collins, Colorado, the City of Fort Collins Planning Director will hold an administrative hearing to consider an IP Site Plan Review known as Odell Brewery Expansion, #86-93B. The applicant is requesting a 10,500 square foot building expansion to the existing Odell Brewing Company located at 800 E. Lincoln Avenue. The property is zoned IP, Industrial Park. The list of affected property owners for this public information meeting is derived from official records of the Larimer County Assessor. Because of the lag time between home occupancy and record keeping, or because of rental situations, a few affected property owners may have been missed. Please feel free to notify your neighbor of this pending meeting so all neighbors may have the opportunity to attend.
