These comments relate more to the IP Site Plan review than the

for the future. centerline and flowline. profiles of.
Lincoln Avenue to show that the driveways will work with

responsible for the cost of its share of the improvements
to Lincoln Avenue at the time the City determines that
the improvements are necessary.

1. U.S. West Communications is requesting 10' wide utility
easements to be provided along the east property line of Lot
1, the west property line of Lot 2, and the north property
..line of both these..lots. A copy of the comment sheet received
