The area to the north of the building contains grasses and will remain undisturbed. 17. We are not providing foundation planting directly alongside the building, however berming and a wildflower/grass mix, along with shrub and tree planting around the detention pond will provide bulk and scale reduction. 18. We have provided street trees at 40' on -center. 19. All of the plant material and detention pond has been moved to the inside of Odell's property. 20. We have revised the plans to show surrounding information within 150' of the property lines. 2. The western parcel will be shown as Lot 2, Future Development. 3. No mitigation measures will be taken regarding odor. 4. This issue will be addressed in the Development Agreement. 5. We have included a bicycle rack near the front entry. 6. Exterior lighting will be 24' high, pole -mounted "shoebox" type light fixtures, with high pressure sodium lamps. See Site Plan for locations. 7. A minor subdivision plat review has been submitted. 8. The parking lot area will be asphalt paving, with the service loading area gravel. 9. The amount of landscape islands has been increased. 10. We have added landscaping, in the form of Mugo Pines, in this area to increase opacity. 11. O.K., A note with this statement has been added to the Landscape Plan. 12. O.K. 13. O.K. 14. The entire building will be fully sprinklered. 15. We have used more native plant species and grass mixes.
