On Thursday, February 17, 1994 at 1:30 p.m., in the Planning Department
Conference Room*, 281 North College Avenue, Fort Collins, Colorado, the City of
Fort Collins Planning Director will hold an administrative hearing to consider
a request for a Minor Subdivision and an IP Site Plan Review.
*Odell Brewing Company Minor Subdivision, #86-93,A
This is a request to plat 2 lots on 3.8 acres located on the north side of East
Lincoln Avenue, west of Lemay Avenue, and east of Riverside Avenue. The Link "N"
Greens Golf Course is directly south of the Brewery Site.
*Odell Brewing Company IP Site Plan Review, #86-93
This is a request for an administrative land use decision for an 8,000 square
foot brewing facility, with a 3,600 square foot future addition, on Lot 1 of the
Odell Brewing Company Subdivision.
The list of affected property owners for this public information meeting is
derived from official records of the Larimer County Assessor. Because of the lag
time between home occupancy and record keeping, or because of rental situations,
a few affected property owners may have been missed. Please feel free to notify
your neighbor of this pending meeting so all neighbors may have the opportunity
to attend.
