described as follows:
Commencing at the East quarter -corner of said section and considering the east line of said quarter
section as bearing North 00 degrees 57 minutes East with all bearings herein being relative thereto;
thence with the centerline of Lincoln Avenue North 88 degrees 59 minutes West, 1342 feet; thence
North 00 degrees 57 minutes East, 70.0 feet to the point of beginning and the north right-of-way line
of Lincoln Avenue ; thence North 00 degrees 53 minutes East, 341.40 feet; thence South 89 degrees
36 minutes West; 518.13 feet;; thence South 00 degrees 53 minutes West, 178.0 feet; thence South
