Collins, CO 80524 3-31-94 RE: FALCON RIDGE PRELIMINARY DEVELOPMENT REVIEW APPLICATION AND SHERMAN/LAWLER ANNEXATION REQUEST Dear Steve, The applicants understand that the City of Fort Collins has 48 hours from the submittal deadline of 3:00 PM on April 4, 1994 to accept these plans for a development review that would allow this request to be heard by the Planning and Zoning Board on May 23, 1994. If City Council denies the Sherman/Lawler Annexation requests, or approves the annexations and zones the property T-Transitional, or if the submittal documentation is incomplete, then all materials and application fees will be returned to us.
