10/09/2018: Light and Power has electric facilities along the north side of
Horsetooth Rd that can be extended into the site. Light and Power crews will
intercept existing conduit along the Horsetooth frontage and trench primary
electric through the utility easement to the transformer. Modification fees will
apply to extend primary facilities into the site. Please contact me if you have
questions related to fees for the project.
