The proposed project is commonly known as Northbrook Patio Homes at Fairbrooke P.U.D. - Preliminary, V-94. The applicant is requesting 42 patio homes on 6.12 acres located at the southeast corner of Prospect Road and Hampshire Road, just east of Bauder School. The zoning is RL, Low Density Residential. Both the Planning and Zoning Board and the City Planning Staff consider your input on this matter, as well as your neighbor's input, an extremely important element in the City's review of this proposal. If you are unable to attend the public hearing, written comments are welcome. This letter has been sent as a courtesy to all property owners of record within 500 feet of the area based on current County Assessor's records. Due to notice being a month in advance, please contact our office prior to the hearing for status of the project.
