Dear Resident:
The Planning and Zoning Board of the City of Fort Collins, Colorado, on Monday,
August 22, 1994*, at 6:30 p.m. in the Council Chambers**, City Hall West, 300
LaPorte Avenue, will hold a public hearing on a proposed project in your
neighborhood. The proposed project is commonly known as Northbrook Patio Homes
at Fairbrooke PUD - Final, #7-94B.
The applicant is requesting final approval for 42 paired single family patio
homes on 6.12 acres, located on the southeast corner of Prospect Road an6—
Hampshire Drive.
Both the Planning and Zoning Board and the City Planning Staff consider your
input on this matter, as well as your neighbor's input, an extremely important
element in the City's review of this proposal. If you are unable to attend the
public hearing, written comments are welcome.
