Dear Mr. Blanchard:
This letter is to inform you that my Letter of Credit dated December 29, 1995 is for the
landscaping along Hampshire Road. This area is part of Northbrook Patio Homes. The
Prospect side of this property has a hold placed on it by the Engineering Department,
therefore no work has been completed. When Prospect has been widened, the curb and
gutter installed, I will get busy and complete the landscaping.
