RE: Nokomis Subdivision - Preliminary, #8-94
Dear Sirs:
On March 28, 1994, the Planning and Zoning Board of the City of
Fort Collins aooroved the above referenced project with the
following condition:
1. The existing Stormwater Utility easement located on Lots 11,
12, 13 and the 20' wide drainage ditch easement located on
Lots .10 and 11 must be dedicated to the City Stormwater
Utility, with the final Nokomis Subdivision Plat, as a single
tract of land.
