The project is referred to as the Shields-Strachan Properties. Together, these properties comprise 35.25 acres and are located on the east side of County Road #9, north of Hewlett-Packard (see map on reverse). As proposed, the properties are combined into a single development project consisting of 135 dwelling units. Of these 135 units, 17 are considered a duplex/patio home. The list of affected property owners for this public information meeting is derived from official records of the Larimer County Assessor. Because of the lag time between home occupancy and record keeping, or because of rental situations, a few affected property owners may have been missed. Please feel free to notify your neighbor of this pending meeting so all neighbors may have the opportunity to attend. If you are unable to attend this meeting, written comments are welcome.
