RE: Woodland Station Preliminary P.U.D.
Dear Eldon:
On Monday, October 24, 1994, at the regular meeting of the City of
Fort Collins Planning and Zoning Board, the Board voted 6 - 0 to
postpone Woodland station Preliminary P.U.D. to the November 14,
1994 Planning and Zoning Board meeting.
The purpose of the postponement is to consider the direction from
the Planning and Zoning Board regarding density, design, and
buffering existing residences. The revised Preliminary is not
expected to be re -engineered and subject to review by utility
departments and outside agencies. Rather, a basic site plan that
addresses density and layout and design is sufficient.
If you have any questions regarding this action by the Planning and
Zoning Board, please feel free to call our office at 221-6750.
Sincerely: -W J&f4tA-A
