The applicant for the Woodland Station Preliminary PUD has been informed by City
Staff that his application - recommended for approval by Staff as of last Friday morning - must
be postponed to the January Planning and Zoning Board Hearing because of a last minute
change in City Staff interpretation of one criteria of the Residential Density Chart in the Land
Development Guidance System. We therefore must request that the item once again be
continued.
It is our understanding that the Woodland Station Preliminary PUD will be scheduled
for the January 23, 1995 P&Z meeting.
