I am writing in support for Mark Linder's proposed Westbury subdivision in my capacity
as the President of the Clarendon Hills Homeowners Association. The Association has
studied Mr. Linder's plan for the subdivision and fund it in keeping with the general
character of our neighborhood. I appreciate Mr. Linder's sensitivity to our thoughts on
- development in the surrounding area and the fact that he gave us advanced notification of
his plans. The fact that we all know him to be a very quality oriented developer also
added to our consensus. Undoubtedly Mr. Linder will build a neighborhood that will not
only complement Clarendon Hills but will maintain a level of quality that the City will be
proud of.
