The Association has studied Mr. Linder's plan for the subdivision and fund it in keeping with the general character of our neighborhood. I appreciate Mr. Linder's sensitivity to our thoughts on - development in the surrounding area and the fact that he gave us advanced notification of his plans. The fact that we all know him to be a very quality oriented developer also added to our consensus.
